  They deserve a -5 for their recent lack of customer service. We paid 1200$ for a Wilson pro 70 and only got the antenna (which we didnt find out until on site in NC from MN). We opened a missing/stolen parts claim (which is an absolute nightmare to do process wise) We have done a lot of business with Wilson in the past so we thought if we filed a loss claim it would be fulfilled without question. They decided to place blame on us for the missing or stolen parts and then got personal saying my children did something with the part which is despicable. Shipment took 2 weeks plus and still did not get delivered to its destination. Working with any department here is like pulling teeth. The Reps claim they have no management for you to speak with or any other options if your missing part claim gets denied. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND YOU SHOULD STEER CLEAR AS WELL. Going with SureCall from now on!!!!!!!
